We do not change prices based on your postal code, your accent, or whether you sound like you know about aircon. Everyone pays the same. These are the rates as of 2026.

General Servicing (Wall-Mounted Units)

General servicing covers filter washing, cooling coil wipe-down, drain pan cleaning, drain pipe flush, fan rotor brush, gas pressure check, and electrical contact inspection. Forty-five minutes per unit. Two technicians on every job.

Chemical Wash (When You Need It)

Chemical wash means we dismount the indoor unit, soak the cooling coil and blower fan in chemical solution, flush the drainage system, and reassemble. Use this when general servicing stopped solving the problem — water leaking despite cleaning, weak cooling that returns within weeks, or mould smell that survived three washes.

Chemical Overhaul (Major Job)

Overhaul means we dismount both indoor and outdoor units, chemical-clean the condenser coil outside, top up refrigerant if needed (R32 or R410A), and pressure-test the system. Book this once every 3 to 4 years for systems older than 5 years.

Gas Top-Up

We weigh the refrigerant in front of you. No guessing, no “trust me” pricing.

What Drives Our Price Down (Without Cutting Corners)

Three things let us charge less than the average Singapore aircon contractor.

We own our parts inventory. Capacitors, PCBs, fan motors, brackets, drainage pipes — we stock them in our Mandai workshop. No markup from middlemen. When a competitor charges $250 for a capacitor that costs $35 wholesale, that is where your money is going.

Our technicians are full-time staff, not subcontractors. We pay salaries, not job commissions. A subcontractor on commission has every reason to upsell you a chemical wash. Our staff have no reason to.

We schedule by zone, not by call order. When you book Tampines on a Tuesday, we slot you with three other Tampines jobs that day. Less travel time, less petrol, lower price for you. This is also why our soonest available slot is usually 2 to 4 days out, not same-day.

What “Cheap” Aircon Servicing Usually Hides

We have inherited enough disaster jobs to spot the pattern. A $25-per-unit quote often means one of these.

The technician wipes the filter and sprays Febreze on the coil. Total job time: 8 minutes. You think it is clean. Two weeks later water drips from the unit because the drainage was never touched.

The chemical wash uses water with dish soap instead of actual chemical solution. You will not know the difference until the cooling coil corrodes 18 months early because the soap residue ate the aluminium.

The technician “discovers” a faulty capacitor or low gas mid-service. The price jumps from $25 to $280 once they have your unit half-dismounted and you are stuck.

What You Get For Your Money

A standard servicing visit from us includes the following, on every unit, every time.

Filter removal and water-wash with disinfectant. Cooling coil wipe-down with non-abrasive cleaner. Drain pan vacuum and disinfectant treatment. Drain pipe high-pressure flush from indoor to outdoor outlet. Fan rotor brush and balance check. Front cover and grille wash. Gas pressure reading recorded on your service form. Electrical terminal tightness check. Remote control function test. Final temperature reading at the vent, recorded on the same form.

You sign the service form before we leave. The form lists every step performed and any issues we noticed. You keep a copy.

We confirm appointments by SMS the day before. Two technicians arrive in a VD Aircon van, uniformed, with a printed work order showing your address, the service booked, and the price agreed.

Payment

We accept PayNow, bank transfer, cash, NETS, and credit card. Payment after the job is done, not before. We do not ask for deposits on standard servicing jobs. For contracts above $2,000, we invoice 50% on signing and 50% on first service.

FAQ

Why is your $40 servicing more expensive than the $25 guy on Carousell?

Because we send two technicians for 45 minutes, use actual cleaning chemicals, and include a GST receipt with warranty. The $25 guy is one person for 10 minutes and walks away with no paper trail. Math up the cost over a year and the cheap option costs more once you factor in the unit dying early.

Do you charge extra for high-floor units or outdoor unit access?

No. Standard servicing rate covers any unit accessible without rope work or scaffolding. If your outdoor unit needs a gondola or boom lift, we will quote separately before the job — not after.

Is there a service charge or transport fee?

No transport fee within mainland Singapore. Sentosa and offshore island access carries a $30 surcharge to cover ferry and access permits.

Can you match a lower quote?

If a competitor genuinely offers the same scope with two staff, real chemicals, GST receipt, and parts warranty — we will match. In 9 years, no one has actually delivered all four at a lower price.

Do you offer student or senior discounts?

Yes. NSF, full-time students, and Pioneer/Merdeka generation get 10% off general servicing on production of ID. Stack with package discounts.
