Who we are
VD Aircon is the aircon arm of Vedha Construction Pte Ltd, a Singapore-registered company. We started in 2016 doing small servicing jobs for HDB flats around the north, and we grew because customers kept asking us back and telling their neighbours.
Today we do the same work at a bigger scale. A typical week for us is a mix of HDB chemical washes, condo System 3 and System 4 servicing, landed property maintenance rounds, and the occasional late-night emergency call from a small office or F&B shop whose unit has died at the worst possible time.
We are a hands-on team. Our technicians are full-time staff, not freelancers we call in when things get busy. Every job is signed off before the technician leaves, and we stand behind the work after.
How we started
The short story is that one of our co-founders kept having bad experiences with his own aircon servicing. The technicians never showed up on time, the prices changed on the day, and the units kept breaking down a few weeks after a “chemical wash” that clearly wasn’t a proper wash.
When we set up VD Aircon in 2016, we built the business around three simple things most aircon companies in Singapore get wrong:
- Turn up on time.
- Quote the price before the work starts, not after.
- Do the full job properly, even if the customer won’t know the difference.
Almost ten years later, those three rules are still what we are known for. We cover every common aircon need for Singapore properties:
- General aircon servicing (from $30 per unit, packages for 2–4 units)
- Aircon chemical wash (from $80 per unit)
- Aircon chemical overhaul (from $180 per unit)
- Aircon gas top-up (R32 and R410A)
- Aircon repair and troubleshooting (leaking water, not cold, smells, noise, tripping)
- New aircon installation for HDB, condo and landed homes (System 1 to System 4)
- Recon (refurbished) aircon installation with warranty

Properties we service
- HDB flats — BTO and resale, from 2-room to Executive. We know the standard ledge sizes, piping runs, and what works for older blocks with narrower service spaces.
- Condominiums — from single-unit studios to 4-bedroom multi-system setups. We follow MCST rules for every job and bring the right access equipment.
- Landed properties — including multi-storey houses with ducted, VRV or VRF systems.
- Commercial — small offices, F&B outlets, retail stores, clinics, schools and boutique hotels. We handle cassette, ducted and VRV/VRF systems.

We are not tied to any one brand, so our advice is honest. We service, repair and install all the common brands in Singapore, including:
Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI), Panasonic, LG, Samsung, Midea, Hitachi, Toshiba, Fujitsu, Sharp, Sanyo, Gree, Haier, Carrier, York, and Europace.
If your unit is a brand not on this list, call us anyway. In almost ten years we have rarely seen something we could not work on.

We cover the whole island. You do not pay extra for location. A normal week will have our vans in at least 8 to 10 different towns.
