VD Aircon is a Singapore aircon servicing and installation company run by Vedha Construction Pte Ltd, UEN 201624486M. We have been doing this work since September 2016. We cover the whole island, we do not charge extra for your location, and we work on every major brand sold here. Our office is at 11 Mandai Estate, #09-01 ELDIX, Singapore 729908.

Who we are
VD Aircon is the aircon arm of Vedha Construction Pte Ltd, a Singapore-registered company. We started in 2016 doing small servicing jobs for HDB flats around the north, and we grew because customers kept asking us back and telling their neighbours.
Today we do the same work at a bigger scale. A typical week is a mix of HDB chemical washes, condo System 3 and System 4 servicing, landed property maintenance rounds, and an evening call from a small office or F&B shop whose unit has picked the worst possible day to stop.
We are a hands-on team. Our technicians work in pairs, they are our own staff rather than freelancers we call in when things get busy, and they average around ten years on the tools. Every job is signed off before the technician leaves, and you get a written report and an invoice breakdown afterwards.
How we started
The short story is that one of our founders kept having bad experiences with his own aircon servicing. The technicians never showed up on time, the price changed on the day, and the unit kept breaking down a few weeks after a “chemical wash” that clearly was not a proper wash.
When we set up VD Aircon in 2016, we built the business around three things most aircon companies in Singapore get wrong:
Turn up on time.
Quote the price before the work starts, not after.
Do the full job properly, even when the customer will not know the difference.
Ten years on, those three rules are still what we are known for.
We cover every common aircon need for Singapore properties:
- General aircon servicing (from $30 per unit, packages for 2 to 4 units)
- Aircon chemical wash (from $80 per unit)
- Aircon chemical overhaul (from $180 per unit)
- Aircon gas top-up, with a proper two-day pressure hold test rather than a quick refill
- Aircon repair and troubleshooting: leaking water, not cold, smells, noise, tripping
- New aircon installation for HDB, condo and landed homes, System 1 to System 4
- Recon aircon installation, with warranty
- Maintenance contracts, quarterly, half-yearly or annual, residential and commercial
- Commercial aircon for offices, F&B outlets, retail shops, clinics and hotels

Properties we service
- HDB flats. BTO and resale, 2-room to Executive. We know the standard ledge sizes, the piping runs, and what works in older blocks with narrower service spaces.
- Condominiums. From single-unit studios to 4-bedroom multi-system setups. We follow MCST rules on every job and bring the right access equipment.
- Landed properties. Including multi-storey houses running ducted, VRV or VRF systems.
- Homes on centralised cooling. Chilled water fan coil units, including the Tengah CCS estates. There is no condenser to service, but the fan coils still foul up like everyone else’s.
- Commercial. Small offices, F&B outlets, retail stores, clinics, schools and boutique hotels. Cassette, ducted and VRV/VRF systems.
Brands we work with
We are not tied to any one brand, so our advice is honest. We service, repair and install all the common brands in Singapore, including:
Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI), Panasonic, LG, Samsung, Midea, Hitachi, Toshiba, Fujitsu, Sharp, Sanyo, Gree, Haier, Carrier, York, and Europace.
If your unit is a brand not on this list, call us anyway. In almost ten years we have rarely seen something we could not work on.

We cover the whole island. You do not pay extra for location. A normal week will have our vans in at least 8 to 10 different towns.
