Your Novita CoolPlus™ is a single-hose portable air conditioner. This means it uses air from inside your room to cool its internal components, then vents the resulting hot air outside through the exhaust hose. This process can create negative air pressure, which pulls warm air from outside the room (e.g., from hallways or under doors) back in. This is why, on very hot days, it may struggle to lower the entire room’s temperature significantly.This is a characteristic of the design, not a fault. To maximize performance, ensure your room is sealed as tightly as possible.

How the “Fogging Technology” Works

The advanced auto-evaporation system atomizes the water collected during dehumidification and expels it as a fine mist through the exhaust hose. This is a major convenience feature that minimizes the need for manual draining. However, during periods of extremely high humidity in Singapore, the system may collect more water than it can expel, causing the internal tank to fill up and trigger the “FL” (Full Tank) error, which is normal.
